Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The Company defines "individual" by reference to a unique combination of: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, device identifier, and financial account details. Where the Company determines that a Player holds or has held more than one Account, it may close all associated Accounts, void all related wagers, and withold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
betmly66 is required to verify the identity and age of all registered Players. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. The Company may impose deposit and wagering limits on unverified Accounts pending completion of KYC.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify betmly66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to fund your Account (unless otherwise approved by the Company following a KYC review). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary depending on the receiving payment method and banking institutions involved.
betmly66 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Deposits must originate from payment instruments your own name and must represent funds lawfully acquired. The Company reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds and may delay or decline withdrawal requests where AML concerns arise pending further investigation.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by betmly66 are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Bonus Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms (for example, "35x" means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 35 times). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.
A Player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer only once. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus on a duplicate Account, through referal of oneself, or via coordinated abuse with other Players constitutes Bonus Abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to Account suspension.
Bonus funds and associated free bet credits expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit). Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account balance and cannot be reinstated.
betmly66 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company further reserves the right to decline a bonus request or revoke bonus funds from an Account where it reasonably suspects that the Player has acted in breach of these Terms.
All sports bets and casino wagers are subject to the specific rules published for each game, market, or event on the Platform. betmly66 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed in error, at an incorrect price, or where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a wager. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds recorded at the time of acceptance apply. betmly66 covers major sportsbook markets including EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, AFC competitions, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other international sports events. Asian Handicap and Over/Under markets are governed by their respective rule sets as published on the Platform.
Confirmed winnings from settled bets and casino game outcomes are credited to the Player's Account balance promptly following settlement. For live in-play events, settlement occurs upon the conclusion of the relevant event or market, as determined by the Company's data provider.
In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or casino game outcome, the Player must notify betmly66 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. The Company's decision following investigation shall be final and binding.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the betmly66 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betmly66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or loss of goodwill.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betmly66 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may affect service availability. The Company will use reasonable endeavours to notify Players of extended maintenance periods in advance where practicable.
betmly66's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or where required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's balance will be held and access to the Account will be restricted until the investigation is concluded.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting betmly66 customer support. Upon closure, any cash balance remaining in your Account (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and KYC verification requirements.
